Serious Issue With African Bank MMA Account & Shoprite Money Market – No Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from both African Bank and Shoprite Money Market Account (MMA). My bank account, which is underwritten by African Bank, is showing as active at SASSA, yet I am unable to access or use the funds because the account seems to be linked or blocked under MMA.

I have contacted African Bank and Shoprite several times and still haven’t received any clear explanation or solution. I provided all my details, including my African Bank Business account (Savings), but no one has assisted me effectively. This delay is affecting me financially and causing a lot of stress.

Both institutions keep shifting responsibility instead of resolving the issue. I need urgent action to unblock or correct my bank account details and ensure I can access my funds.

I am expecting a quick and professional resolution because this situation is unacceptable.
