Serious Injustice and the lack of customer service:

My family was on their way to Johannesburg this morning at 5:40am. They bought their tickets from Shoprite. The bus they were suppose to get on was the intercity express. They made it to the bus station on time. The bus driver refuse to let them on the bus. The bus driver notified then that they had the incorrect bus tickets without even checking the tickets. They tried to notify the driver that the tickets they have is the correct tickets however the cashier placed them in the wrong ticket cover. The bus driver closed the door and took off without letting them on the bus. My elderly mother of 75 years old and my aunt of 73 years and two infants and two adults was left with no help. Shoprite refuse to rebook onto another bus later on that evening knowing it was the cashiers fault by providing the incorrect bus ticket cover and also the bus driver is at fault to refuse to look at the actual tickets that was purchased.
