Send back for stained bank notes.

On the 11th January I visited Shoprote Dayizenza.

My shopping experience was dishusting. The cashier was so helpfull but the Head Cashier Nozipho was so rude to customers. I hope she doesn't extended her rudeness to our elderly cotizen cause some are not literare. CEO's and OPS please review your policies. When it comes to stained notes when making oayments please re-educate your staff with customer service. Stained notes the Head cashier is not allowed to turn back the customer if the money is from the ATM. Also must differentiate between stain from a blust money box and pen ink stains, not just to be turned back by a mere pen stains. Please educate the Head Cashiers about cash management. At the moment I don't wish to go to that store again.
