Selling Repackaged expired & soiled foods

Shoprite taung and Jan Kemp Managed by Stanley sells foods that is repackaged from their original package. Two possible reasons 1. Expired goods, where the expired date would not be affixed on the repackage food. 2. Shop soiled foods, damaged packaging. It is against the law to sell food under that practice. This shops takes advantage because the shops are in rural and mainly blacks who are ******** of such ******** acts. I reckon their Bloemfontein superiors encourages this practices, as this stores are network managed.
