Selfish store with poor service

This is such an inconvenience. How does the store close the kiosk. I've been standing in the cue with just 5 items and it's been more than 30 minutes now. The store is so busy and it has less than 5 cashiers working. Shoprite mpumalanga in Butterworth Eastern Cape is one of the stores one should not even consider using. Even the cashiers are so slow, while the cues keeps on growing. What's disgusting its Sunday, you get stuck in cues. .like why? Am worried because it's going to get worse due to the dates and the number will pick-up as early as tomorrow morning.
