Selfish Dirty Shoprite

On the 26/11/2018 I purchased a braai pack from Shoprite on Eloff Street in Johannesburg and notice that the taste was not pleasant as well as the smell of which i did not notice much whilst preparing it, went to the store since it was not the first but the fourth time I had complained about the same issue and the current incident was weeks apart from the last one and in that the regional manager promised to make a follow up and I never heard from him, I did not get my refund and left their product there cooked with my electricity and spices however managed to get a proof or letter from a store manager on duty who assisted me on the previous incident as well and on the letter acknowledges the incidents logged with him and that he escalated the matter and it was not the first time such happened with a company slip as well as the promised call back that was promised by the regional manager. The store is dirty and smell of decayed rats and they do not care about the health of their clients what matters is the money they make that they would sell things that are not good to be consumed, called their helpline and held for more than 7 minutes.
