Seems shoprite is running a ****a shop

I'm having a money market account dat I'm receiving srd 370 on it,dat was blocked.i did everything they asked me 2 do nd made face verification nd now I still dnt have access 2 my money as it's still hanging nd it's over a month now.everday dy tells me different stories,dat I still have 2 wait 4 about 7 to 14 days my issue has been escalated.
