security sweared at me

I went to Shoprite in Rosetenville to purchase a 5kg braai pack with my sister which I saw on special. Unfortunately they did not have so as I walked out of Shoprite the security guy asked to search my bag and I refused he told me to stop complaining and open my bag, and I did as I walked out the store he began talking nonsense he followed me outside the store and told me how rotten I was. On Sunday I then went to lay a complaint and the other security guy told us that the other security suspected is cause we were in a hurry. The worst thing is that the Shoprite manager was also surprised that the male security guard had searched my bag as only female guards are meant to deal with female customers. I proceeded to ask for the security manager and to my surprise it was the same security man who swore at me the previous day,he refused to apologize and said I could take any further actions against him. Such behavior to a regular customer like myself is really unacceptable I expected a lot better even from the Shoprite manager
