security guards bad and rude service

I went to do my groceries,as iam about to leave I give him the receipt for him to do a random check,I tell him nicely that the groceries are heavy for me,he must be a.little bit faster he literally told me that he has to check each and every item bought I went ballistic,I explained to the manager or supervisor iam not quite sure,he didn't even apologize for the bad service that I have experienced.
