Security attitude
Last Sunday I wanted to do my shopping at short rite. I had a plastic of sports shoes from another shop. As I was approaching the door, the security ask me to put the plastic on the parcel counter. I then told him what it was and and I don't mind to be checked when I come out because they don't sell puma sneakers. I told him that the parcel counter had more than 100 people standing an no spaces to keep the parcels are available any more. All the security at door gave me a condition of either waiting for my parcel to be taken or I don't shop with them. They even said I must try spar with an attitude. If they want us to keep parcel s at the parcel counter why they don't provide enough staff and space to do that work. Also if they run out of space the can evaluate the plastic if the have that product or not. Bad service and attitude. Shoprite must mantain customer service even if the store is located in a location.
