Security and Store Manager swore at me

On Sartuday walked into Shoprite Usave in Benoni corner TomJones store to buy stationery,unfortunately I was carrying a sealed lunch bag I had bought at another store. I forgot the bag there, went back the following day kindly inquired about the bag of which the security at the store gave me a hassle yet one of the ladies who work there confirmed they had seen the bag. Fast forward it came to a point where I had to go to the SAPS to report the matter. The security refused to handover my bag even though I had brought the proof that the bag was mine. I'm livid at how much of time I wasted on Sunday being given the run around and being sworn at by the security guard and manager. I was motified in tears and have never ever experience such hostility from service patrons in my life.
