i went to shoprite lenasia to buy bob martin shampoo , there were two bottles one was R 70 and the other was R39 for a 200ml container there were two stickers, so i took the R 39 bottle because it fitted my budget , when i got to the till it was R70 i told the cashier , she sent a guy he also came back and said m nope it it R 70 , i said that i want to see the manager , so this lady took a while , she then called me to the place where the dog shampoo was , then this guy his name is Marvin Mokenna i think he is the floor manager he took the sticker that was obviously mistake from their side , and told me no this is the only sticker that was there , he argued with me , , he knew he was wrong , because he argued all the time saying that there was never two stickers there , when i told him i saw two stickers , he became violent , the lady who took me to him and the security guard had to hold from hitting me , i was livid at the way this staff tried to assault me , i ended up by the manager Mr Rafic Mohamed , i had to call y husband to come to the store , because i wanted to open a case of assault, when he came he approached this Rafic guy , he then said that he asked this Marvin person to cool of as he was upset , hello is this how a manager handles a situation , whereby i almost got assaulted , anyway because of covid 19 i ended up not reporting the case , i have to safeguard my family , but this was the situation at shoprite lenasia , so please if the staff wants to assault you the manager will let him or her cool of rather than deal with the situation ,
