**** Shoprite TOPSTAR

I entered a competition on the Shoprite TOPSTAR PAGE and was one of the first three winners. I sent my details but up until now I'm still waiting for my prize. It's been 5months now and whenever I sent them a message regarding my prize, they ignore me. This is so unprofessional to say the least!
