Sanele from Shoprite Vosloorus Goldspot

Today I went to Shoprite Vosloorus (Goldspot) to do a Money Market Cash Back, and there's a lady by the name of Sanele ( light in complexion) I asked her nicely that I would like to do cashback. She tells me she doesn't have cash and so I should go to the tills, and so went there peacefully. (Bare in mind I'm from the Money Market queue)

When got to the tills they both said the same thing that they don't have money, and so I go back to her and fortunately there was a guy who was there to deposit money. When I tell her the feedback, she tells me I should go back to the queue "again" I tried to reason with her and said "but you just saw me few seconds ago and you know I'm from the queue" She told me she won't help me unless I go back to the queue, and she went on to say she doesn't have money for me anyway 😏 Then she goes on and help the next customer who was also there for a cashback, right in front of me.

I find this really unprofessional and disrespectful and her behaviour was distasteful. People like her are detrimental to the Shoprite Brand. Shoprite has this reputation already, because of such employees.
