SALUTE TO BEVERLY TLHOELE

Oh my!! Oh my!! Truth be told, most Shoprite tellers are notorious for bad customer service, but it takes a champion like Beverly Tlhoele (Shoprite Dawn Park) that can make think twice about the fact that one rotten potato in a bag doesn't mean that they are all spoilt. The woman was calm, she had sinusitis on that day when I went to buy a ticket for Laid Back Session. To cut the story short: the saying 'customer is always right' has given an opportunity for us customers to ill-treat people. Beverly offered assistance to a girl who came to withdraw from money market and the girl was way younger than her and that girl gave her attitude, I was almost embarrassed to be there, however, the way Beverly was so calm really left me humbled. The tellers are sometimes not fairly treated by us customers but I applaud Beverly for her character, God bless your soul and humble heart and you truly are an asset to any company that employs you.
