Safety concerns

I live behind ShopRite Ndofaya mall. We have been complaining about trucks when they deliver we are affected and how it was built also. We do not have sunlight because of their building. Recently a truck crashed into our wall we are not safe and their process is too slow. It’s been about 2 months now and no one seems to care. My biggest concern is that one day it will while my 7 years old son is playing outside.
