safety and security

<p>So I left my parcels at the parcel counter so I can go into shoprite, did my shopping and went to fetch my parcels..get to the counter to look for the tag they gave me and I don't find it anywhere, so I say to the lady I can't find it but my number is 31 I can't tell you what in the plastics I've got a slip..she looks and says but 31 has been checked.out ..I ask by why because that my stuff..she says they used the tag. I ask to speak to the security guy and he says they will have to check the footage to see what happened..30min later he comes back to tell me that I only appear once on the system as there's something wrong with the other cameras and they are going to speak to head office to hear if they can claim..what kind of ****ery is this?? It just means we our sleds are not safe in shoprite...someone can liteally mugg you and they won't know cause their cameras don't cover all angles and hardly work..I'm livid that the lady tried to justify everything by saying it gets so busy that I don't get to keep track of all parcels and besides there can be lots of way to get some else's parcels...I'm ****ed..I want my claim!!!</p>
