Sad Sad Sad.... Very bad service.

I went to shoprite dwarsloop and I asked them if I can use the toilet and a lady called Cynthia an adim manager told me that they are not allowed to offer customers a toilet and that I had to go out of the shop and walk all the way to the toilets offered by the mall. I told her that I was too pressed and that I needed to go urgently and she kept insisting that I had to go out. I didn't have any money with me because the nearest toilet needed me to pay R2. So I walked all the way to my car and I had to drive out and went to the nearest bushed to pee. Came back withdraw money from one of their tills and payed for my groceries. As I am writing this I have tears running down my cheeks, I am very disappointed with Shoprite. I understand because when I go to a checkers in the white areas I get assistance but in the black areas the customer service is very different. They even talk to you in language's that you barely understand just because I am black.
