RUSTING COOKWARE SET

I purchased a cookware set from Shoprite Wellington. It said non stick cookware (pots and a pan) for which you normally have to use plastic or wooden utensils in order to preserve the non stick coating. After the first time using the pots the coating washed off and even pieces were in the food I was preparing. Now the cookware is rusting even though it is dry. I am utterly disgusted and would like Shoprite to replace these awful pots and pan with a different set of pots and a pan free of charge. I visit the store on a daily basis and am really disappointed.
