Ruid, *********** and Unhelpful Staff - refusing to Help me

I have just come from your Ottery Shoprite Usave branch where the very *********** Branch Manager Getruida Van Schalkwyk refused to grant me my money that was sent to me via money transfer. Every single time someone sends money like Mr Swartz sends me money which he specifically sends once to twice per month they have an issue at that branch refusing to release funds with a different excuse each and every time.

Money Transfer number is M ********** ********** with amount of R1400 sent by Mr Swartz, it may be a ****** thing because I am white so they refuse to serve me but I will be taking this to the newspapers as it is completely unacceptable.
