Rudeness and attitude towards customers

I had a not so great interaction with Gabriel Maluleke at Shoprite Pimville this afternoon. He's nothing short of rude and speaks to customers like we illiterate. I'm not going to stop going there but maybe his attitude towards people can be addressed
