Rude,bad attitude

I was purchasing lotto and power ball ticket at Southdale Shoprite shopping center,i told the lady that i dont have a pen and i asked her to do a quick pick for both the tickets and she gave me attitude, and refused to do it for me and asked for the next person to come through and yet i wasnt help and i told her that wont happen, she started exchanging words with me .She didnt even have a name tag,even when i have called the clerks she still had the bad attitude and didnt even apologise .And she said she wont get fired even if i can report her, she was even laughing when she said that.I need her gone cause with her attitude customers wont be shopping at that shoprite
