Rude Tellers and manager

I needed to withdraw money while buying, the teller said she doesn't have the money so she asked the person behind her who said she also doesn't have so i went to the manager who rudely told me its not her job to seek money for me and went to the same teller i was at, who now magically had the money. They are rude impatient and dismissive!
