rude tellers

Shoprite in Rivonia is staffed by rude tellers who openly mock customers. They refused to issue me with change because they didn't have change to give me and when I queried it, the teller and packer laughed at me. I went there today and the teller didn't have a screen where I could see what she'd scanned, and when I asked how much something had cost she ignored me and held her hand out for payment. Really Shoprite, is this the best that you can do? No wonder Pick n Pay is beating you hands down.
