Rude teller by the name Patience

<p>I would like to complain About the horrible customer service I received at Embalenhle shop rite in Mpumalanga from a cashier by the name of Patience in till number 5/6. The teller dropped some items that was next to her and she began blaming me as customer saying it's my fault that those items were dropped. She began saying I was not supposed to pay the items that I bought on her till. She threw tantrums saying that I must go pay my items on another till but I refused and she told me that I'm supposed to know where to pay because people who stays at Embalenhle knows and she was very rude when she spoke to me. I told her I'm not even from Embalenhle I dd not know if I'm paying at a wrong till then she said I was supposed to ask arround. She was so so rude. I don't think I'll even go back to shop rite to buy anything.</p>
