Rude teller

I was at shoprite Thorntree, Soshanguve, waiting on a long queue, then a teller next to ours on Teller 3 called her friend to help her, when I went there she said that she is not open she's only passing time, then she called another person who was not even on the queue to help her. I called supervisor to complain. She was on Till 3 at 12:48. She was very rude
