Rude stores Manager

I went to Shoprite Florentia/Alberton today and the worst experience ever. I always go to draw my Capitec cash send and today the refused to help me without an ID it ended up being a big fight with the store manager who was so rude I tried to even explain to her I have a photo of my ID and she refused. When it ended up in a big fight she was swearing me and she was all in my face without a mask!! She refused to help me and I couldn't pay for my goods. When I went on the Capitec website to confirm how cash send work they clearly say you only need the reference and pin. There's nothing where it says you must take your ID along. I asked the manager for her name and she completely refused to give it to me.
