Rude staff/Terrible customer service

It is with great sadness that I write this review considering as black (African) children we need to be supporting and empowering each other, especially in places for businesses, I have encountered bad service numerous times at Mini Rissik st 187 Johannesburg Shoprite USave where cashiers do not respect clients/customers in the manner in which they speak in, the cashiers name is Nkoskhona khoza who cursed me also clicked his tongue merely because I requested, he does a cardless withdrawal, I went on to request to speak with the manager who was not interested at my complaint he was waxing his ears with keys and he then received a personal call while I was speaking to him where he disregarded me and went on with his call. 75% of staff at the store do not respect customers it's as if we are doing a favor by coming into the store. I do not know if this treatment is encouraged by managers as they also do not seem bothered. hopefully on my next visit I will have a different experience and this review can one day be a compliment. I would appreciate feedback in this regard.
