Rude staff member at Shoprite Junction Mall

Shoprite Junction Mall should train their staff on basic manners. Went to the shop for Ova to You mystery shopping for a recycling campaign. Portia was so rude when she came to the till instead of greeting first she just asked if I'm aware that the clear packets at the fruit n veg are strictly for fruit n veg. Told her I'm aware of that, however as part of the mystery shopping I need to take the packet as evidence that the shop does have it. Then she went on about why I didn't not inform her that I was part of a mystery shopping campaign - kanti what is the meaning of a mystery shopper???? If those packets are also for sale, kindly put a sign at the fruit and veg section.
