Rude staff and lack of incompetence

During my recent visit, I encountered a cashier @Shoprite Randfontein Village,(Busisiwe Tshabalala) who displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy.

While attempting to pay with my Shoprite Money Market voucher, the cashier rudely shouted at me, stating that I should have withdrawn the money first before using the voucher. I have used this payment method several times before without issue, and it was clear that her lack of knowledge caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Instead of assisting me calmly, she raised her voice, which was completely inappropriate.

To make matters worse, she failed to scan all of the products I gave her, resulting in missing items when I got home. This is not only an inconvenience but also a reflection of her lack of attention to detail and competence. Additionally, there was no apology or acknowledgment of her mistake, further adding to my frustration.

I believe this experience was entirely unnecessary and caused a waste of both my time and energy.
