RUDE STAFF

I was at ShopRite liquor store at Ndofaya mall, meadowlands on Sunday to buy some drinks, I bought my drinks and forgot to add plastic bags which I did after paying for my drinks and the teller didn't give me the receipt for the plastic bags and when I got to the door the there was a rude security lady who wanted the receipt for the plastic bags and I told her that the teller didn't give me the receipt and that she saw me pay for everything cause the till is just next to the door where she was standing and she didn't want me to leave because of that and she was RUDE. I went back to the teller and asked for a refund on the drinks I bought and just take the plastic bags and the receipt for and give them to the security lady cause that's all she wanted but they refused to take the drinks back and refund me. The manager came told me to shut up and go after that security lady swore at me. That manager is rude also and doesn't know how to resolve problems. I will never buy at that store again cause it's like a circus and the staff is *********** and they don't know anything about customer care at all.
