Rude staff

I don’t understand why your staff members are not trained on customer service. On the 13th July 2024 I went to Shoprite eyethu Orange Farm mall where i was disrespected and met by your rude staff member who appears to hold a supervisory position as she had to check a price for me on a ball that did not scan. As written on her name badge “Nthabiseng” has no manners and does not know how to address customers. When I pointed that out to her and asked her to apologise for her rudeness, she said sorry while walking away and dismissing me with her hand. I continued to call her out on that and she was not bothered. I then requested for the manager and was told that there was no manager at the store on the day. How is that possible for such a big store?
