Rude shoprite manager

I'm so annoyed also angry at the same time being cornered by the staff claiming they all managers of Shoprite.. Wanted to return heater fan that I bought on the 4th of June, reasons of returning everytime I plug it my electricity tripped.. According to to booklet it says you can return within 6 month of warranty and to my understing if it's a factory fault you can return the item within the period.. The manager Thamsanqa Khonza of shoprite nonkqubela link in Khayelitsha couldn't assist me instead he told us that he does not go according to the booklet he has hes own policy when I asked him about the policy he could say he just said "I have my own policy I don't return items if it's still working and I'm done talking give them their box" the staff that were claiming to be managers they were laughing.. He was so rude I couldn't deal
