Rude Security Officer

What disgusting and bad service i had at Checkers! My complaint is about a security Guard by the name of Nyameko Tyalisi who works for the CIBA security company. He had the doors closed at 17h:55pm which i understand is to control foot traffic and abide by the law. He was rude in the least to say, the store was not full and did not bother to reassess the foot traffic. He told me that they needed to get home. A white man approached to do an exchange and he allowed him in to my surprise i asked , why is the gentleman allowed in and i am told this whole sermon, he rep**** and said ill take longer and the gentleman wont, i was shocked as he does not even know what im here to do. I asked repeatedly asked him what time they close the store Monday to Friday he answered 17:45pm daily and he closed the door. I called him to ask for his name and he gave me a false name as Ayabonga and to my luck he was unaware of the fact that he had a name badge and i could see his name, so i asked him who is Nyameko Tyalisi on the name badge he is wearing and he ****led something i could not hear. The crux of the matter is the attitude and the judgemental response towards me at the door i feel he was bias as he allowed someone to enter and not me , what makes it so sad and disgusting is that i did not know if i was being turned away because im black as the white man and sorry to name him as such was allowed in. i felt so ill-treated and disregarded in all forms. I also understand that he is following orders but he has no right to feed me lies and treat me the way he did. To avoid the matter he should have consulted with the same manager that gives him instructions to close the door to assess the the store and see if they can allow more foot traffic inside. Our country is under a lot of frustration and we don't need more frustrations such as these in these already trying times.
