Rude, Not client orientated and Bad attitude

My wife went to Shoprite Thursday the 14th Jan 2016 just before 20H00 and just as she was queuing for aver 15min to make a payment for goods she had purchased, She was then informed that she needs to find another tiller. She asked to speak to the store manager and she was tossed from 1 person to another Then Mxolisi approached her and told her that he will make sure that no one helps her and he said to her Ndunu (Translated as ASS). He then informed the lady at the till not to assist her at all. I was ****ed and went the following day but couldn't find him..... This behavior is disgusting, stinks, bad, ******* and will not be tolerated. He is not supposed to be a supervisor or work in customer service. I am customer service manager myself where I work and such behavior is dealt with promptly as it puts the company name into disrepute. I have been a customer at this Shoprite for many years and I am totally ****ed on how staff treats customers particularly those in leadership roles....
