Rude managers and customer service pit fall

I visited the Phoenix Plaza Shoprite on the 30th of September just as my hisband every weekend to pick essentials.I am currently 8 months pregnant ithe queues were super long as usual asked for a chair i felt unwell as there seemed to be an issue with till or cashier i am not sure. The packer offered to ask a manager if i couldnt pay at an express till as i was unwell bulging bellyfeet swollen, so she gets a manager i am not even sure how these woman was hired.

She basically said sorry not here you have to stand the queue like everyone else, she actually laughed at me when i expressed my discomfort and unhappiness at the situation i have spent a fortune over the years supporting them as a business and she tells that couldnt help. I think her name is charlene says doenst have kids pregnancy doesnt entitle to me any special treatment.

Shoprite as a brand advertising themselves as a family oriented business was a joke and more so over the years i have turned a blind to some of their products not being fresh .the maize meal i bought that day was off White Star black customers like myself are treated like non paying customers its a circus.

Her senior was then called in to the mix who apologized howver this ******* manager was still having a go at me said she apologises if i took her response a certain way and that its her way of dealing with akward situations by laughingat everything.

Cant relate to pregnancy hormones or kids as he doesnt have any i couldnt believe it was the worst. I havent even bothered returning the spoilt stuff coz wow clearly they dont car.even telling her i would complain she was unbothered thats how comfortable your rude stuff rather management is. Like this woman wouldnt even look at me when i spoke her like i stank or something
