Rude Manager & Employee

Kiosk Manager & Till worker at SHOPRITE END STREET are RUDE, very RUDE (THEY BOTH HAD NO NAME BADGES ON) an Express Till is 10 items or less, I had 5 items the lady told me with attitude that she is only taking 3 items and not more, I ask to speak to the manager, the manager acts deaf and only replies other people instead of my Question regarding express till and number of items, and to add to that they have that sign on their tills. I Felt the need to escalate the matter incase other clients are going through the same and afraid to voice it out.
