Rude manager

Just been at store now at 14.31.shoprite Newbrighton pe ***. I am not pleased at all when I saw a price on the shelf wanted to pay and the manager Charles refused to assist. Told me with the attitude that it's a wrong description. What the customer sees customer pays. Shelf is full of Cadbury dmlk 37g. I'm not sure whether it is the colour of my skin or what because didn't even give me chance and refused to give me his name since he was not wearing name badge. Even told the cashier not to share his details. Tried to take a pic of him but he almost beat me. I still demind my chocolates on the price I saw on the shelf and want this man to be disciplined as bad service he gave me
