Rude manager

Just went to Shoprite Gezina in Pretoria. Went to cashier no 12 for payment just as I took out what I bought from the bucket she says she doesn't take cash. Mind you there is no sticker for card payments only.I went to cashier 11, this one was worse, only after I unpacked everything she say she doesn't take cash. Same no notice for card payments only. I insisted she calls the manager, then I was moved to another till for payment. I raised my dissatisfaction to the manager who just looked at me without uttering a word.

For me it looked very rude for a manager not to respond to the customers dissatisfaction in any way. Customer service must be key for shoprite as shoprite is for the community.
