Rude manager

Yesterday I went to Shoprite Soshanguve South View , I wanted to pay some bills as it is convenient for me , the shop was packed and I understand it is end of the month people I buying their monthly groceries. I stood on an express till line with hundreds of people. There was one cashier . My shock was when people were coming from the front and started paying before us on the line . I was bit worried why should this happening I even thought Shoprite got VIP customers which I don’t even know off. I approached the manager and was told his name is Reggie Mabaso , he was very rude I told him my story and how I was witnessing people paying without standing on the line, he claimed they were paying cigarettes of which non of them were carrying cigarettes and last time I checked Shoprite got cigarettes counter. I even asked why should he have one cashier at express tills on such a busy day , he couldn’t answer he was rude . He told me I could even report him to the head office and nothing could happen. Mind you I hardly shop at Shoprite and this kind of service I received
