rude management at shoprite nigel

today the tellers and the manager at shoprite nigel made a spectacle of the customers. after we stood for a while at the tills they decided to close all the tills and the manager Nomsa dragged the teller from her chair leaving us the customers stunned and with no explanation. this was bu far the worst customer service ever received I hope higher management at shoprite Nigel will look into the floor managers especially Nomsa as she was incredibly rude.
