Rude kitchen stuff

It seems like a the Shoprite stores are the same, maybe they tell them not to care about customers because they make money, they won't lose business because of few customers that complain. Yesterday I was at Shoprite in Middelburg town and I was ill treated by their kitchen stuff. Firstly they kept on looking at me like m a ***** while buying my baby's stuff. Then I went and asked them to dish up some food for me coz its on their side, you could see the frustration in the womans eyes wen I asked for a simple thing (wings with some sauce) dragging her feet going to weigh it for me. While at it another one came, "how can I help u"? I tell her, then she starts shouting at me "so are you gonna use all of us? What else do you want?" While dishing up for me what I've asked. I told her but those are the only things I needed and if I wanted something else I was gonna say so, there was no need for them to shout at me and be impatient with me. Otherwise they should dish up those food in plates so we just get there and pick, or better yet just let us dish up and weigh for ourselves then they pull their chairs and look the other way, we won't bother them. They know its their job to dish up those different kinds of food to customers yet they are rude.
