Rude kiosk cashier

was at shoprite during my lunch to buy some groceries At first the cashier forgot her sign on number and we waiting in line while her controller was there with her offering little assistance. In that time no one is saying something to us as customers for the delay. They moved me to the kiosk to go and pay by a lady called SINA MOLEFI . This lady was rude to me saying whoever brought me to her kiosk must come tell her why, I walked over to some booth to ask that cashier to come speak to SINA as she refused to assist me. SINA helped a gentleman right at the back because she helps smokers as that’s her customer. I’m furious as even when the trainee manager got there she did little to non to ease the situation as she was told to apologise to me and her apology should have not come out of her mouth as it still had her rudeness in it.
