RUDE, ILL INFORMED STAFF

if there was anything less than one star , that is what i would rate the experience i had yesterday at your blue downs liquor store. According to your trading hours , the liquor closes at 6pm, yet at 17:52 your security guard refused to let us in to the visibly empty store stating the last transaction on the till is at 18:00., we then stood outside and at 17:55 i then requested to speak to the manager, and again this vile security guard refused to call him and blatantly ignored me. i then went into the main store and was assisted by one of the floor managers, and by assisted i mean i just got the surname of the security guard(Simelane or Silwane). you guys have to teach your staff customer service, and what rights we as consumers have, i know i am just a drop in the ocean but believe me i will never ever set foot at any ShopRite ever again, i will also make sure to tell friends and family to find alternative shops to get their groceries, because i don't want them to be exposed to the kind of customer service you guys show to your customers!!!!!!
