Rude ignorrant unproffessional manager

My nephew was cut open by a sharp corner pole that is sitting hazardously in the store ,an ambulance was called to take him to hospital to get stitched and get all the necessary medical attention. Now when all of this is said and done no communication no remorse and regret has been shown to us, when infect we were told that the case would be submitted to head office which will then contact us as per compensation procedure. Upon follow up where I was being transferred from pillar to post, I finally got hold of the individual that was handling the case who then sent me a copy of the repudiation letter they claimed to have sent to my sister, this naked letter did not have any reason and facts or even evidence supporting the <br> the rejection,<br> I requested for the reasons and evidence collected to be sent to me so I can also respond with reasons and facts which I still await.<br> But more shocking was the attitude I got from the manager that was on duty yesterday (DINGALO)who was unprofessional , he shouted that Khanya injured himself .when I told him I will report him, he sent me off running to do so and said he did not care as I was wasting his time. he refused to tell me his name.
