rude employees and manager

hi <br> <br> on sunday the 01/11/15 i went to your store to buy a putco bus tag i got there at 19:05, the security came and counted us and said they wont service anyone after us,after sometime they closed the door on us and the manager just stood there watching his staff(cashiers) insulting us.The manager ended calling the police on us. my issue here is that how your managers are supposed to treat customers.
