Rude, Disrespectful Assistant Manager
I will never forget this experience, dear God. Yesterday, I went to the branch on Dr Chota Motala Street to use their money-Market facility at 16h30. I stood In a line of over 40 people that did not move for almost 45 minutes. After it began to move and people were served they \ran out of money"and could only recieve money market transfers and not cash out any. So we stood and patiently waited. After 2 hours of standing in the line I asked the Assistant Manager Sibongiseni Mbatha for the complaints register. He told me it was at the money market and dismissed me like i was his peer"
