Rude customers

25 june i went to Shoprite liquor store in Kaalfontein Tembisa where i met a rude lady by the name of Tshir,,,,,we asked her in a polite way cause the queue was very bad to cal the manager to assist so that they can push the queue was very bad for only one cashier. The lady just shouted and swearing at me infront of the customers calling me in names.I told her that am going to report her,the answer was I don't care noone wil listen to your stories.I was never be humiliated by the cashier like today and am begging Shoprite liquor store in Kaalfontein to compensate me.I am not supposed to be treated the way she did or Shoprite liquor store must tel me that's the way they trained their cashiers to treat the customers.
