rude cashies and manager

I waited for an hour just because all the tills that I could swipe on were closed, one of the cashier evrn asked what we expect to do if the tills that we could swipe on don't have any cashiers attending to them, if it's not money market problem then we have to tolerate the bad service they offer us every day, worst part even manager is rude.why work in the customer service industry when you don't have any patience for customers or to solve the problems they're experiencing?
