Rude Cashiers Graaff-Reinet

If I could I'd give zero stars.... I receive the most utmost disrespect from a cashier at shoprite Graaff-Reinet by a lady named Brooke. We had been standing in cue as she was laughing and joking away with her colleagues, even after 5min she tells the lady in front to go to another till. So I ask her why she let us stand the the whole time. I walked away she then speaks in afrikaans probably thinking I won't understand "Says can't you guys see we also standing". I immediately turned back to ask her to repeat she ignored me then eventually responded with attitude , the supervisor asked what is happening I explained, she had to be begged to apologize to me. She doesn't even respect her superiors. ****** still exists in Graaff-Reinet Shoprite
